Steve Watson grew up in a family owned propane business that was started in 1969. After college, he went to work in the business in 1982. When you work in a family business you learn every aspect from the bottom up. You learn dedication to customers and how to go the extra mile to make sure your business is successful. Steve started out in propane by running yard lines and installing appliances. After that he went on to driving bobtails. Eventually he was in charge of starting new offices and erected 5 of the 11 locations in Tennessee and Alabama. He also oversaw the safety and education of all employees, DOT compliance, and the drug testing program.
